It is free, there is no sign-up, and it works in the browser on your phone or computer. Canada has two official languages and Andromede is a French-born chat, so it is a natural place to switch between English and French when you feel like it.
Talk about hockey, the long winters and the short summers, a trip to the Rockies, the cost of housing, or the best poutine you have found outside Quebec. If you are learning French for work or for fun, ask people here or join the language exchange room. Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa and Montreal each have their own room for English speakers in the city.
